Country Club Village 6 will be a 17 floor residential condominium located at 3009 Ala Makahala Place in the Salt Lake neighborhood. The residential tower will include 269 condominium apartments. The building will include apartments with one-bedroom one bath, two-bedrooms one bath and two-bedroom one and a half baths. The 16 apartments per floor will be served by three computerized residential elevators. Ample parking will be available to residents and guests in the 540 dedicated parking stalls. The secured parking garage will have two elevators and stairways for convenient access. Occupancy is scheduled for early 2009.
